Andrew Glazer, Founder/ceo
Andrew Glazer is an Emmy award-winning journalist and documentary filmmaker who has reported from more than 20 countries. Before founding Mission Critical Productions, he was a leader of the The New York Times video unit producing high-profile news and feature short-form documentaries; was senior producer on the team that launched VICE News; and spent seven years as an investigative producer for iconic reporter Dan Rather at his weekly cable news magazine, Dan Rather Reports. He was nominated for three Emmys and won in 2010 for an investigation revealing how Iran had been evading US sanctions.
He was a staff writer for The Los Angeles Times; the Herald News of New Jersey; The Record of New Jersey and The Associated Press in Los Angeles. In 2006, Glazer was awarded a six-month Fulbright fellowship to teach journalism in Bolivia. He lives in Brooklyn.
